With an EOS implementation, our first full day session with a leadership team is called Focus Day. (This snapshot is from one I facilitated recently.) Every time I meet with a team for 8 hours of digging into their business, the response is always the same. "This is the best team meeting we've ever had." In this session, we teach the foundational tools that enable companies to get traction in their business by learning to use simple tools that result in clarity and accountability. Now we can move on to Vision Building in our next session 30 days from now.
